Guidelines:
Before trying any of the videos below, make sure to take the time to set up your space so that it is safe and comfortable. For the chair classes, have a sturdy chair that is short enough to allow your feet to touch the ground.
Also, be sure to have clearance from your doctor before making any drastic changes to your exercise routine.
Most important of all, be lighthearted and enjoy your time here, practicing with our group.
